17 Wilmington Square is a traditional Victorian town-house in Eastbournes cultural quarter. This elegant Hotel Bed and Breakfast which was formerly a wing of the Wish Tower Hotel was started by Tony & Janine Davies in 2007, and it is run by themselves and a team of friends and family.

A Hotel and Bed and Breakfast in Eastbourne, Seventeen is situated in the heart of the theatre district right opposite the Congress Theatre, Devonshire Park Theatre and the Winter garden. The Hotel Bed and Breakfast is only 50 metres away from Eastbournes classic Victorian seafront, whilst the town centre shops and cafe’s are only a 10 minute walk away.

The hotel bed and breakfast in Eastbourne has twelve tastefully refurbished en-suite rooms which vary in size from 16 to 26 sq m, all the en- suites have showers over baths.

The largest hotel rooms have glorious seaviews and are a spacious 26 sq metres. These offer king-sized beds and can be arranged to sleep a family of five. The middle rooms which are 20 sq m also have King size beds and can accommodate a family of three, two of these rooms can also be arranged as twins. The back rooms have double beds and are 16 sq m , these rooms can be let for single occupancy. One of these rooms has a good view of the Sussex downs over the roof tops of Eastbourne.

All the seaview rooms in the hotel bed and breakfast in Eastbourne also overlook Wilmington Square and Eastbournes famous tennis centre. The hotel rooms all have coffee and tea making facilities and come with the added comfort of luxurious Egyptian cotton Percale linen, fluffy white towels and all the extras you would expect from a quality Hotel Bed and  Breakfast.

Our breakfast is something we take pride in and offer a wide choice of quality food.  The choice includes fresh fruit, berries, yoghurt’s, cereals, and Janine’s homemade Granola. We also offer all of our guests a full English breakfast of local butcher’s sausage, free range eggs, grilled bacon, tomatoes, fried bread and sautéed mushrooms, served with toast and Janine’s scrumptious home-made marmalade. The choice of drinks includes freshly ground coffee, hot chocolate, choice of teas and fresh fruit juice.

On Street parking is available and permits can be obtained for parking outside the hotel. Free parking is available in streets nearby. A good choice of restaurants and bars are only a short walk from the hotel in addition to the numerous choices of eateries and places to drink situated in the town centre which is only a 10 minute walk away.
